Nice and friendly staff. The rooms are good as well. The parking structure needs to be better though. Walking the lobby and the parking areas are not that safe in my opinion. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

Front desk staff was rude. Our hotel room was in need of some serious upgrades. The wallpaper was pealing. There were holes in the walls. The shower fixtures were rusted and the shower rail was broken and a part was falling off. Bed linen smelled like smoke (even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room) and was stained with something orange. No sign stating how to get pool towels. Some areas around the pool was pitch black, absolutely not lit up at all. The parking had to be the worst park. I drove my truck there and the parking structure was so small and extremely difficult to maneuver around. They said they offered parking for larger vehicles outside the structure but that was very limited. The parking situation was even more frustrating because they charge $33 per night. If you charge that amount you should provide adequate parking for all vehicles. We hated it here.

The place did not seem clean and we found sheets that were stained with hopefully coffee. They were changed out shortly thereafter but we had to walk down to the guest reception desk to get a change of sheets. The shower turned on and would not go hot until the handle was tightened, we had to leave the room with the shower running. The area is frequented by many people and everybody is having a good time so it's pretty noisy. Overall I would give it a 4 out of 10. The staff was prompt in addressing the issues but a few of them should not have happened if housekeeping and maintenance was kept up.

Front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping failed each day of 5 days, had to request towels and coffee each day. Property getting old. Bunkbeds smelled a little like urine.
