Hidden fees for parking, which was not disclosed at the time I booked the hotel. $24.00 per day to park in a place you paid to stay at is absurd!

Scott,Thank you for staying with us. The parking fee is listed on the Expedia website when you click on 'See All Property Amenities' and if you scroll down to where it says 'Important Information'. We are competitive with our parking rates and almost all the other hotels in the area charge for parking.

Horrible parking and had to pay to park. Elevator was not working. The only one that worked fit 4 people. Full breakfast is a lie. They didn’t even have waffles or bagels. They gave me the worst room, right next to the highway. So loud I couldn’t sleep through the night. They only offered ear plugs. Maybe cuz I booked via Expedia. IDK.

Veronica,Thank you for staying with us and I apologize for any inconveniences you experienced. We are doing a modernization to our elevators, one at a time, to make sure they are updated and working efficiently. I apologize we were out of waffle mix but still offer over 10 other items, hot and cold, that guests can choose from.Since it is summer and we are at high occupancy, unfortunately, some guests are on the highway side. We do not determine this by how a guest booked. Most of the rooms that face the pool are suites and other rooms that face the street are our standard king rooms. We look forward to you giving us another opportunity the next time your travels bring you to San Diego.

This is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. No people talking out loud along the hallway at midnight. The staff personnel was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the size of the elevators. They're very small. That caused some inconvenience especially when going up or coming down with luggage.

The rooms were very clean, but the carpets in the halls were pretty stained. The front desk and cleaning staff were great. Some of the breakfast staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall a good place to stay!
