The price was great much better property than I expected for the price point.

Room was dirty, hallway carpets looked dirty and worn out. Had a yapping dog next door to us. Just not what we had come to expexct from hotel lotus. We expceted something similar to the one in merriam. But was not even remotely close. Ended up paying more and switched to the other one.

My favorite KC hotel to stay!
Breakfast is 6-9am but the elevator says 10am. (Only hiccup) Love this place!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness. We were in KC for a family emergency and our time was made easier by the good breakfast options, a nice hot tub to decompress in, and a nice clean room to get some much needed sleep. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet, and close to area shopping and dining. The rooms are a bit smaller than where we typically stay but perfectly sized for two of us in a double room. It would be a tighter fit for our family of four (and everyone's stuff.)
