The room was very comfortable. It’s a nice place to stay. The only problem was with the water pressure in the bathroom. There was barely any pressure in the bathroom faucets and the water pressure was also very low in the shower.

The shower wasn’t hot (lukewarm) and the bed has square pillows that belong on a couch. Front desk attendant couldn’t help when asked. It felt like I was sleeping on a couch with throw pillows. Not ‘Beat Western PLUS’… more like a minus!

Dear guest,We are truly sorry to hear about the water temperature in the shower. We know that last weekend we had many rooms with 4 occupants per room and the hotel hot water system was overloaded. We have multiple hot water tanks and we did not expect to have any problems. I truly apologize for that.Also, I am sorry to hear about the size of the pillows. At our property we use standard pillows Queen size or King size. It is possible that the housekeepers tucked them in a little bit too tight and made them appear square. I will discuss with them this issue; thank you for your notes.

The hot buffet breakfast had a lot of choices including pancakes, waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs. The rooms were clean, and staff was friendly and easy-going.

I was in the older part of the hotel. On the road side, you can hear the traffic but it wasn't horrible. It would have been nice to have a little variety at the hot breakfast table but their is lots of choice and if you ask, they do have gluten free bread. The restaurant on site is very good. Nice atmosphere and good food.

Typical hotel breakfast (love the waffles) and the staff in the breakfast room were great! I would say that the hotel is not the quietest, you can hear thumping from the floor above and in the hallways. Traffic noise is minimal though. A convenient place if you need to stay in Mission.

We truly apologize for the pool closure, we know it is a great inconvenience for our guests.We planned the pool closure for renovations sometime in January and we posted a notice on our OTA's partners starting mid February. I am truly sorry that we did not have the resources to call all our future guests and notify them in person. We believe that the pool will reopen sometime after April 15th, 2024.

Five Forks Restaurant was excellent. Pool and hot tub were closed and weren't told until we arrived. Water pressure in bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning staff were very helpful. If you book to stay here ask for a room in the new part of the building.
