Loud, noisy. We've stayed at this hotel 20 times in the last 10 years. Its now under new management and everything is different. There are people directly outside my window drinking and laughing around a campfire, 5 feet from my window. People running up and down the hall. I booked a room 3 weeks ago, and asked to change rooms. They said there are none available. I askes for a refund. They said I booked a non refundable room, and offered me ear plugs. Seriously.

I apologize about the noise from the Courtyard during your stay. As I mentioned during check in, please triple check the type of room you book as well as the bed size. Our Queen beds indicate you are booking a Studio. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible at our property! We are very apologetic for the fact that we were unable to accommodate on this Holiday weekend. We hope this did not hinder your future stays with us!

they upgraded the rooms and they look great! Need to open the bar back up now that we are past COVID
