I ask for refund .they didn't give me the refund .they put me as no show that cost me around 129 AUD

One of my favourite place to stay...

i dont know what to say..because for me this hotel is ok n im just in the wrong time and situation..Im stuck in miri because of the covid19 n lockdown issue..my flight back to kl cancel and i was asked to quarantine myself in the place where I was staying ... at the start of my stay at the meritz hotel for 1 weeks but I had to move out and look for another hotel because they had closed their hotel due to covid19 issue and I had to find a hotel that was still operating and at that time only dragon hotel is still open ... but in limited circumstances ..then i have to move out frm dragon hotel because that hotel use for kkm staff for quarintine people..then i find hongkong hotel still operation so im stay here for a while and after that same situation i have to face..so i try call kenyalang suites and asked if they accept people from others hotel to stay there and when they said yes i move out from hk hotel and stay here until i can fly back to kl.. so it would be unfair for me to comment on this hotel in the face of global issues such as the corona virus issue and I believe hotel management is also unable to do anything go wrong them ... but yes kenyalang suites is the one of my fevourite hotel beside mega,meritz,nur hotel and to me everything in this hotel is so good and perfect ..😉

The Aircond in the room not cool at the afternoon..the tv channel is litter bit choice also..plz update it
