Recommend this hotel unless you want restaurants in walking distance. Check-in quick and pleasant. Room very clean. Bathroom modern and excellent. Good value.We drove to see town centre and ate at O'Donahues Pub - great.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast area was good. The hotel was surrounded by a parking lot with a parking lot of another business at the back so nothing nice about the outaide. But to just sleep there, it was fine.

noisy ac- heat pumps would be more cost effective and a lot less noisy. surely there is a gov retrofit program to help with cost.

It is close to restaurants, shopping, and the highway to Listuguj Quebec. Convenient for travellers

Had to check out a day early due to a 30cm plus snow storm coming and wanted to get home safe before the storm and they charged me for 2 days cause I booked with Expedia. I even checked out before checkout time on the second day. I will never stay there again. Norwill I recommend it to others

Dear Guest,I am sorry to hear that your experience did not met your expectations. First, let me explain it that our hotel is not at fault at all. it is like you bought rotten potatoes from grocery store , and asking farmer to refund for it. however farmer sold potatoes almost months ago. you have booked your reservation through third party, meaning you have to cancel it through third party only. we explained it several times to you, but you never wanted to listen us and just keep blaming us. it is you, who choose third party to make reservation, not us. We did told you to contact your booking agency to discuss with it regarding to your cancellations. but after hours of waiting, you could not get hold of your agency. please blame your agency, not us. ...Thank you
