The property itself is good and clean. However when building hotel they made a greedy decision and placed a number of rooms in a first floor. Unfortunately, our room was located there - not the last room but one of closest to an additional exit. As their exit doors are not equipped with a smooth closing system, this is is very loud - we heard people coming back and forth and smashing that door / lock starting from 6AM. Another bad thing for the quietness was that this hotel is pet friendly - but staff doesn't monitor how pets / their owners behave. In our case there were few small noisy dogs which started barking from early morning. Room door is also not sound proof and so you could hear what happens in corridor pretty well. However I should mention exceptional breakfast - while the content is a regular, they had very nice sausages and cheese omelet meals. So while the hotel looks good I can't recommend it for someone to stay over longer periods of time. It was good we stayed there for one night only.

The hotel was a close drive to the beach and shopping areas with plenty of dining options near by as well. The hotel staff maintained cleanliness and every staff member that we encountered was really friendly and polite. The pool area was really nice, and additionally they had a chair that helped assist anyone with disabilities into the pool, which is a feature that we did not need but it was really nice to see that this property has as an option for those that do.

The room was dirty...lots of thick dust on corners of the room, behind the bed and around baseboard. Sofa had sand on the pillows from the previous person(s) that stayed there. I called the front desk to send the cleaning crew. Once they came, they did not clean the room as requested. I guess their cleaning crew cleans the traffic areas obly. The bed covers were torn in some parts due to extensive use. I had requested another cover and it also came torn again. Also, at breakfast, if you arrive in the last 30 minutes of the breakfast period, good luck with getting something you want to eat since they stop restocking the food. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Very convenient being charged for a canceled booking on the first day management is kinda of useless price change when i got there

check in at the front desk is inconvenient, the person sits so low you cannot see them, I was there several minutes before I finally saw someone sitting there and got their attention. They did not clean our room when they were supposed to, we had to ask. Positive note, there were a couple of people at the front desk that were so friendly and helpful.
