Paid for two queens beds
Ended up having to sleep on an uncomfortable pull out couch.

The first thing that I noticed about the room was it's size. Very large and spacious. I thought the t.v was a little small and there wasn't a microwave in the room which I thought was unusual but there was one in the lobby. However they thought about what other hotels didn't which was provide extra towel hangers. So that compensated for the lack of a microwave. I would definitely stay at all Hyatts' if they are s nice as this one.

The staff here is amazing!!! The girls at the front desk need a raise !

Easy access to beach and amenities. Elevator did not work the five days we were there, so sharing the existing elevator with housekeeping was a bit of a challenge.

We always stay here when we come to shop. Love the suite we get. Tons of room for my 3 teenage boys. Perfect location.
