Resort was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating! We decided to stay an extra day and they made it easy to keep our room despite the property was fully booked during spring break. Everything was clean and the proximity to the beach was great. Loved how easy it was to reserve an umbrella and chairs a to claim a spot on the beach.

The resort is right on the beach and it was super easy to walk back and forth from our room to the beach! Very safe and clean we will be back!

Had a great time here! Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Only negative, people fighting over chairs and umbrellas at the pool.

Service was awful. We waited over two hours for sushi one night. Management is not willing to make it right.

Services were terrible. Unfriendly staff ( especially at the front desk and the towel stand near the pools. We stayed there for three nights and our room was cleaned only once. We called housekeeping many times to get our room serviced but could never spoke to anyone ( just the answering machine. We had a leak from the ceiling near the bathroom and they sent someone to fix it but blamed the customer for having the AC on and the balcony door opened ( not the case ). We spent a considerable amount of money for the room and expected better services from this hotel chain. We didn’t even got a thank you at check out. I guessed they expected us to thank them for their none services. I want to give this place a better review but I can’t. Overall, this hotel is not worth even half the money. If you want a better vacation, stay at a different hotel.

The door lock was not working when I tried to enter the room. I had wait for more than 1 hour and then eventually I had to change it to another room. It was not a pleasant experience at all after driving from Houston.

Love that you can park your car up on a Bible and do many things without ever entering your car until you depart.
