I only once briefly interacted with the front desk. I did not check in or out with anyone, our room was never cleaned, the shuttle service was unpredictable, and there was a lot of construction on the property. The property was beautiful and there was a lot to do on the property itself. I just wish I would have know more about the amenities before our stay.

Exceptional Stay
Posted 20 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe stayed 5 nights in the one bedroom suite at the Bay Club Sandestin Resort and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The living room, kitchen and bedroom spacious. very clean and a nice view of the Bay. I would stay there again.

We were here for our baby moon. After walking into our room, we wished we would of booked longer. We were blown away with everything. We had a fully stocked kitchen, living room, bathroom with a stand-up shower, a master bathroom with a jacuzzi, bedroom that has a balcony of ocean view!
