"We booked two Club level rooms for our family, and it was nice to have lounge access after several long days of walking around, seeing the sights, though it would be nice if they stayed open later in the evening. The hotel location is great, as the train is right next to the hotel. There's also a very nice cafe next door for pastries and coffee, plus several convenience stores every close by. The rooms were small, which is to be expected, but had everything we needed. We've stayed in various Osaka hotels before, but we would definitely stay at this one again."

"A different track (parallel) from the main Midosuji line but you can get around almost entirely underground to other stations (good for those rainy days)… great hotel location once you know the stops and the exits (exit 3 of Kitahama station) that take you to the front door (quite a few steps going up to the hotel from the station so be mindful if you are travelling with heavy luggage). Attentive staff and nice large waiting area in the lobby. Also loved having a room with a shower only and no bath tub to get in and out of (good for the older/bigger peoples). with gratitude,"

"All the staff were so incredibly friendly. From the front desk to the waiters, everyone was so helpful. Room was premium with great views of Osaka. It was surprisingly quiet considering the busy roads the building is situated in. Breakfast at the executive lounge was included in our stay and was great. Washer and dryer was very useful for our long stay in Japan. Location is okay, but the train stations aren't too far away to get to different spots."

"The hotel is across the street from a station and very convenient to visit the castle. Everything else is a 20 minute metro ride. We had a four twin bed room - it was tight but comfortable. The beds, though were on the hard side and the pillow was a rock. The bathroom was separate from the shower so very convenient. It also had a washer in-room which was appreciated. The breakfast was the same each day - good, but repetitive. The staff were exceptional and very helpful."

It was marketed as a luxury property on Expedia but did not feel luxurious - Cheap finishes and tacky alarms/ signs warning guest not to steal the polyester loungewear provided. Of the 4 properties we stayed at on our recent trip, this was our least favorite. View from room was spectacular and the room was clean but overall, would not revisit or recommend."

"Great option for an overnight stay at HND airport. The hotel is directly connected to T3 with additional shuttle access to T1&2 if required. Also easy to arrive via the Keikyu Line from outside the area. Nice and new throughout. Typical room size for Japan but functional and efficient. Plenty of shops and restaurants throughout the concourse (Haneda Garden) albeit on the pricier side due to the captive market."
