Lovely hotel with Onsen My only complaint is the area is very noisy even when in the twelevth floor you can hear traffic. But conveniently located about ten minutes or so from a lot of tourist areas like Dontobori

Overall not bad. Located right next to a raised highway which is a bit unfortunate. Room is very small, but clean. Good enough for a night or two, but not any longer. Expensive breakfast, but good quality

This was probably our favourite hotel in Japan. It's within an easy walking distance to Osaka station, shopping and market street. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and well appointed. We all loved the walk in bathroom/shower. We were on the higher floor and had a beautiful view of Osaka. We had breakfast at the hotel once and it was not as nice as on pictures :)
