We arrived early to check in and had no problems leaving our bags to go explore. We saw signs about construction near the lobby and were advised there may be some noise, but we didn’t hear anything during our trip. The tea time and lobby bar were the most fun! We also really appreciated that there was storage for our carry ons in the room. Amenities were fantastic, the whole hotel was so clean and the staff were so helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent! the staff were lovely, even with language barrier, they went out of their way to help when I had an issue transferring baggage to another hotel in another city. The welcome drinks on arrival and nibbles were a lovely touch for my tired son, made our eyes widen and smile - our holiday officially started. The onsen spa was delightful, the lotions and potions smelled amazing and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Brilliant all round.

Overall great experience. while the rooms lack the space you might expect from a western hotel the accommodations remind you that the real fun is outside your hotel room. lobby activities (snack, drinks, and bar) are free and provide a lot of value to the trip and opportunity to meet other travelers. the 2nd floor spa is an ideal way to bathe and preferable to the small shower/bath in the room. however, the bath is deep and fills quickly. great experience, close to everything, would stay again
