The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was positioned perfectly between 2 main stations and had plenty of choices to eat. The room itself was fine, small as our most in Japanese cities but perfect for a solo traveler

Great river views and clean! Easy check in process, everyone was nice, and we appreciated we were able to leave our luggage prior to check in. The shuttle bus to Osaka station was also convenient.
