Belarussian service
Posted 21 Jun 2023 on HotelsI arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time.

The hotel is very comfortable neat and clean also at a good location, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Perfect stay

One needs to be aware that there is no facility to make tea of coffee in the rooms. You need to go to a water dispenser near the lifts to get hot (or drinking) water. I find this strange for a 3 star hotel.
Also ensure that you include breakfast in your booking. Otherwise you will have to pay another Euro 10 for breakfast.
