Very affordable, good amenities and clean. In a great area right beside a mall and lots of restaurants. Front desk staff was also extremely nice.

There was a weird smell coming inside the room as soon as we entered. The carpet starting from the washroom to the room was a little raised. In the morning we woke up to a leaky washroom which had the water leaking all night up to the edge of our beds. That’s when we realized where the smell was coming from. Terrible and disgusting experience. Condition of bathroom walls, ceiling and tub were bad too. Would never stay here again.

I assure you that this is not the norm for our hotel. The room next to yours had a water leak occur and the guest chose not to inform us. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. They advertise the day offer breakfast, but they did Not offer any Breakfast

As a whole Mote 6 does not offer breakfast and as you are aware we do not have breakfast. We are not aware of anywhere that advertises a breakfast but we will try and find it and have it removed. I was satisfied with my stay at the Motel 6 Minot. The motel building is surprisingly large. It's clearly not a new facility - some wear here and there - but it seemed clean and well maintained. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. My room was large, clean, and well-maintained. The only minor downside to the room was the view from my window (i.e., a bumper-level view of the side parking lot), but then again I didn't expect anything better. The motel does not offer breakfast (so those looking for a low price should factor in the purchase of breakfast elsewhere). The motel does not offer cable TV, just local over-the-air broadcast TV, I'm sure to economize. That's not a problem for me, except that in my room I had to go into the TV settings to switch it to over-the-air each time I turned on the TV. Net: A decent, inexpensive place to stay.

Try to get 2 more nights and then my rate when up$20 dollars more.

The air conditioning would start, cut out, didn’t cool the room The elevator was out of service The free breakfast is now cancelled , have coffee. The doors were broken, anyone could walk in from the side Overall it was ok , hard with no elevator .

As a franchise, Motel 6 does not offer breakfast but we will pass your comments along. Our elevator is on schedule to be repaired as are the doors. As a guest these things are frustrating, but I assure you they will be repaired, sooner than later. We will have maintenance attend to the A/C in your room as well.
