This is our family’s go to hotel in Minot! We travel to a lot of cities in the midwest for travel sports. This is the only one we’ve found that has a waterpark/hot tub, great free breakfast, spacious rooms, clean, bar and great location!

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was spacious for our family of four. The room had a couch that could use a steam clean, but that is realistically beyond what I expect the staff to do, other than that it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and had the typical options. I definitely would stay in this property again.

We were told we needed to wait because a handicap room wasn’t available, we stated we didn’t need a handicap room just the extra bed. We got one anyway the shower was terrible and the tile sloped under the sink which after a few showers ended up being around an inch of standing water. Noisy people upstairs then turned into the neighbor having a screaming match on the phone at 3 am to 4 and back at it at 7. No sleep for any of the family and still was over priced.

It was a nice place and mostly enjoyable. Some staff were real fun. Some were a bit rude.
