The property was good. Check in was good. Check out was terrible, Nobody at the desk, waited 15 minutes and left as our room was prepaid but wanted a check of the receipt. The breakfast was good but at 6:30 the sausage and French toast has not been refilled. Tables not wiped off.

There was an outdoor pool, but the hot tub was indoors. We took advantage of the hot tub. The elevators made getting up to the 4th-floor room very easy.

Checked into room, smelt like an ashtray. Was horrendous. Went down to desk to ask for another room they said there was no rooms but they would bring up some air freshner and i should open window... window was even an opening window! And no air dreshner brought up. Thought we would go to hottub immediately turned around as ot looked disgusting . Sign said if they couldnt fix issue we would get a refund...they wouldnt.
