Seemed relatively clean and breakfast was good. It would be nice if they had breakfast later than just 9am. Overall good price for the 4 nights we stayed.

Refrigerator was not cool. Power button on remote did not work. Room not real clean.

Staff and management just don’t care, no such thing as customer service at this property. Arrived to check in with a fire alarm going off that the front desk agent ignored. Got checked into a room that had other guests already in it, front desk agent just shrugged and said “theres a lot going on right now, the manager will be in in the morning.” We ended up checking out and going to a different hotel. We reached out to Expedia about a refund and despite their efforts we have been refused any sort of refund from the hotel. Returned the next morning to speak to management and we were assured by the lady working we would receive our money back. Only to find out a couple days later we were being denied any money back. Have tried to contact the manager who is refusing to respond to any messages. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Under staffed asked to wait to check in, floors were dirty under the bed, dresser, etc., TV Remote was not working, No bath towels in the room. Staff delivered towels and a new remote, however was not able to get TV to work. Not recommended
