The room was very clean but it smelled a little funny. We couldn't figure out what the smell was.
The check-in and check-out were done via texts. The process was easy and smooth.
We wish there had been 4 bath towels in the room where 4 people were staying rather than just 2. Since it was late at night when we checked in, we didn't want to bother asking for more.

This is a motor lodge. It’s very simple and right on the major thoroughfare through the city. But it was clean and for a quick stay, it’s all we needed.

property close to downtown Minocqua. Torpy park right across the street. owners are on property and are attentive to your needs.

No staff available to help. No cars in parking lot

We are a small family owned Inn, and maintain minimal staff on site to allow us to offer a clean room at an excellent price. Check in is contactless and keyless, to enable having a remote front desk. We are always available by phone and text message, and can respond quickly on site if needed. Your review is the first we knew of any concerns, so that is disappointing.

The rooms were tiny, the beds extremely soft, and the room smelled of mildew. The staff were non-existant: I tried to reach someone to address my concerns and the office was locked. We left and went somewhere else.

The area behind the building was a special surprise. The sitting area was lovely, and watching wildlife on the water was peaceful and enjoyable.

The room was very quaint and clean. Close to the lake and good food options! The customer service was exceptional and easy check in and out! Stayed a couple times and always the same experience!! Thank you.
