I love this place. It's fantastic when you have extra family and friends with you and need a place where you can still feel at home. I recommend it to everyone looking for a place away from home.

"While it is convenient for extended stays, the rooms are not very clean. The microwave was dirty, the floors were dirty, and the pillows seemed to have an unpleasant smell. I had to clean everything myself because I was told that they are short on housekeeping staff." that they are short on housekeeping staff."

FILTHY! Something that could have been so good, but it was so bad instead. The rooms at this property were extremely dirty. After asking to be moved to a different room, the second room was just as dirty and had unbearably strong smell (pet urine?). Additionally; - the floor had debris and pet hair throughout the unit. - the bottom of all furniture throughout the unit and kitchen appliances looked as though they were sprayed with some type of "cleaner", but never wiped clean. - the kitchen backsplash was filthy (covered in food/grime). - handles on all kitchen appliances were smeared from what looked like prior peoples' stays. - silicone hot pads had food stuck all throughout. Very unfortunate, as the staff was nice and the unit layouts were good, but the lack of property cleanliness was the worst we've ever experienced. Definitely would not return, but hopefully they will address this at some point in the future...and if not, it's a shame.
