The property is a nice.The staff is nice too.
We experience a power outage thru the whole hotel. The staff should have notified their guests what was happening. Call the rooms of the guest. Very frustrated with cleaning staff. My room was left unlocked & no towels. Not sure if they got distracted. But after that, did not feeling too safe. That any could have walk in, could it happen again. The overall I enjoyed my experience. Love Stillwater area!

Amazing to be right on the river. The rooms are not created equally. We were in the old section of the hotel and the rooms are in dire need of an update. The sheets are worn, the grout in the bathroom comes off when you walk on it, the paint is chipping, there are hardly any outlets and the old jacuzzi in the room is gross.

We stayed in the older portion of the hotel. The peeling wallpaper, stained carpet and mismatched furniture made the room feel old, but not in a good way. The room was advertised with a minifridge and breakfast. No fridge, and breakfast was not complimentary. We spilled water in the bathroom, and we when we wiped it up, the towel had black streaks from the mildew in the grout. the only upside was the location.

Sorry things were not right with you stay. The only rooms with minifridges are in the newer section of the hotel. I'm not sure where you saw information about breakfast, if you could let me know I will get that corrected.

It was really fun and nice but if you are a person that is not a big fan of older style buildings you should probably stay in the new part of the hotel
