It's been a long time since I actually enjoyed a hotel stay with my family of four AND the dog. Usually the space is too cramped, too noisy, or something is wrong that causes discomfort and everyone suffers. However, staying at the Townplace Suites was WONDERFUL for everyone! It was quite, comfortable, spacious, and the staff was incredibly nice. We will be actively seeking out Townplace Suites every time we travel.

Great hotel! Stayed just one night for an early morning flight and this place was perfect! Clean and comfortable and very close to airport

The room was decent and a good size but could not easily find the door to go to check in. There were no signs on the exterior walls. We drove around the entire establishment and even went to the Marriott next door and they gave us directions. At check in I asked for parking advice any was told to park anywhere. I asked if I should drive to the other side and he said it doesn’t matter. Well, there were no doors on the other side and we parked near one of the doors and found when we entered, the elevator was on the far end of the building.

The front desk lady that checked me in was amazing. I walked in there alone, and as a woman that can be intimidating. The front desk clerk kept all of my personal information private, and she didn’t say my room number aloud, which is a rare thing but truly appreciated. Our room was perfect. Clean, organized and spacious. The bed was so comfortable as well! This was our first time staying at TownePlace and we will definitely be back! Our check out process was just as easy. The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly, and efficient in checking us out of our room all while minting a conversation. If I could rate the service here 10 stars, I would!
**the only downside we would even mention is probably the way you can here everything through the walls and the ceiling, other than that it’s not a big deal if you are spending most of your time out of your room.
