The room was dirty, which put a damper on the experience. Also, although the place is right off the expressway, it's tricky to get to.. Nearby road construction could be a factor there.

I always enjoy staying at a Staybridge. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was perfect. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast had very little options. The bed was comfortable. The room was ok. Just clean the carpet.

Hotel was clean and very well kept up. It’s a little older and doesn’t look like a recent remodel but everything was in good condition. I’ve been in hotels that are only a couple years old and have dings on furniture etc. This was not the case here. I wasn’t on the top floor but I had no issues with noise despite it being full over the weekend with sports teams and such. I’ve worked front desk at IHG properties in many different cities for the last 10 years so I can confidently say that this is a very good property and the owners clearly care about it and it’s run well. I usually book direct and not through a third party, like Expedia, but this reservation was made for me by a family member. I definitely suggest checking rates and discounts directly through the hotel first. Daniel was wonderful at check-in, very nice, personable, and efficient!
