I was a little disappointed, honestly. I promised my wife I picked a really nice hotel this time (bad track record with me in charge of reservations). When we got to our room, I felt very underwhelmed. The hotel is decent, and our complaints were very minor (no vent in the shower room, uncomfortable mattresses, poorly installed furniture, poor air circulation, etc). It was an average hotel stay for an average hotel.

We have stayed here at least 5-6 times over the last 4 years. The price is competitive, the free breakfast average, the staff has always been nice, the beds are comfortable, the rooms have been clean for the most part, and the pool/hot tub is usually crowded in the evening. It’s a 3 star hotel, don’t expect anything more. With that said, we will stay here again.

The room that assigned to me was on the 1st floor near the lounge and dining area. The room was disgusted i.e room smelled bad with old cigarettes smoke mixed with air freshener. Stained bathtub with silver fish bugs in the drain. The couch was disgusted dirty. The heat was not working and air flow blows out dust. I booked for two nights with excitement to visit and sightseeing the city. I ended up stayed one night due to my flight got in really late. I paid for both nights but willing to take the lost and got myself into another hotel. With this experience from Springhill, Marriott may not be my first choice for future lodging. I normally do not give feed back but I don’t like to see people waste money to a place like this

Great 3 days stay with family. Hot breakfast were good and the staff are welcoming.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very quiet room. Comfortable beds and very nice sitting area in room with fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Super clean rooms, hallways and common areas. Good selection of food at breakfast. My son lives in Apple Valley and we have stayed at several different hotels but I will ALWAYS stay in this one from now on.

Have stayed here several times the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. We had an issue with our original room and after some troubleshooting they promptly decided to put us in another room with no issues.
