Everything was great except I didn’t know there was a $5/night parking fee! Really? This isn’t a downtown hotel with limited space for parking. Just another way to get a few extra dollars from you. This charge is removed if you signed up for their frequent stay program which I did. Also didn’t realize that no free breakfast. Guess I need to read the fine print next time. Otherwise a comfy bed and nice room to spend the night.

Hotel is good, I booked the king bed room and there’s a sofa bed smells like somebody’s sweated very bad in that couch, and they charged $5 for a night parking

We reserved the Sonesta for our daughters wedding. Every guest that we talked to stated how wonderful the staff was and how much they enjoyed the hotel. The were super accommodating, allowed us to have our send off breakfast on the property and just went above and beyond for everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredibly easy check in, hostt was vip in my opinion. Everything was thought of and planned for as I never even felt the need to contact them. The apartment was high end, clean and wouldn’t have felt more comfortable in my own home! Street parking in Mpls is what it is and really the only negative. 5 stars regardless!

Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. Pretty quiet most of my stay .
