We had a very good positive experience staying in the hotel. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious. The only thing we were not happy about was the pool, it was little colder and felt salty.

The only complaint I have is, I had witnessed several people fall in the pool area , by the pool door, and outside of the pool because the floor was slippery and wet, including an older man.This is understandable but not at all safe.

Children running up and down the hallways. Very noisy. Trouble sleeping.
