Aside from Michael, customer service sucked. I waited on the phone for twenty minutes and was just left on hold. Knocking at our room all ours of the day. They "acknowledged" the situation, but did absolutely nothing. They charge you $11 for parking in a sketchy area, and make you park on the other side of the rooms. Room was fine, my neighbors were sketchy, the parking lot has sketchy people, which is interesting because I stayed at the microtel next door and my stay was perfectly fine when it came to safety and noise. I will sadly never be coming back.

Hotel was going to charge $10 for parking which is nonsense for this area. Front desk waived the fee. In addition, parking is in the back of the hotel quite a distance from the front entrance. Key card access was not working for any quest on back doors to make hotel access easier.

I had booked a kingsize room on Expedia, when I arrived I was told that there were no more king size rooms, that all they had were double, but tried charging my card for a second room purchase. The beds were TINY! No hot tub even though it advertised a pool area. Not allowed to utilize tax exempt status as I was traveling for work for a Native American Tribe.
