I booked the room to stay. When i booked i booked a gueen bed room and it had like 8 available. When we check in they said it was the last room and it was handicap. Not what i booked. My wife wanted to be able to take a bath but could cuz there was no tub. Was gonna watch tv but could find a remote. Called the front desk and the brought random remote i had to test to see if they would work and they had no backs so had to make sure battery wouldn't fall out. We will never stay there again.

I understand how disappointing it must have been to not receive the queen bed room you booked, especially when there were supposed to be several available. We are currently reviewing our reservation and room allocation procedures to ensure that such errors do not occur in the future.I also apologize for the inconvenience with the bathtub and the TV remote. We strive to ensure that all rooms are properly equipped and that guests have easy access to all amenities. Everything about this hotel works for us. The staff member was quite overwhelmed on Friday, being the only individual on site.
