I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is pretty good.

Clean and great location and access to 494/694 and 94 Highway systems. Coffee was horrible from the Nescafé machine, Kurig Carribou coffee in the room was much better. Pillows were all square and very firm.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the hotel was clean and breakfast had a decent selection. Pool area is dirty with build up of grime all around. It’s a nice pool area for families with little kids, I just wish more effort was put towards cleaning it.

I left my car open in the parking lot, and someone went in, smoked, and took my garage opener. My eyeglasses are missing, and my belongings are messed up. I'm very disappointed. I reported it to the front desk, and the response was that it's my fault. She said I didn't have to leave my car open.

Unfortunately, we are unable to enforce or police guests in the parking lot unless there is a clear instance of someone breaking the law. We are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them. However if you would like to file a police report we will do our best to provide the police with any security footage we have of the parking lot for that day. I apologize our front desk did not communicate our limitations to you in a respectful way.

Smoke alarm started chirping a dead battery at 4 AM, phone did not work to call the front desk, couldn’t go back to sleep after that-defeated the purpose of getting a hotel so we wouldn’t have to get up at 4am to make it to an appointment at 8 am when we live 3 hours away. Asked to have manager call us when they came in, which was supposed to be noon and they did not. Front desk staff did not care. Totally unacceptable and would not recommend staying here.

I apologize for the lack of help from the desk on your issue, we have some new staff at the desk currently and they were probably not aware of how to deal with such issues. I will work with them on training in such areas and send you a 50% refund on your stay for the inconvenience.
