Good customer service at the hotel … The shuttle driver we got to the airport was so rude and not knowledgeable.

All was good.---the people that work here are very pleasing, polite, and service oriented. The furniture in rooms are very uncomfortable and bed was hard. The noise from airport was tolerable but, seemed to come every morning and night for my wake up call, huh? Breakfast was good! Hotel is very clean!! Convenient and good restaurants in very short walking distance.

Toilet water ran the whole entire stay even being told it was fixed and they charged 3 $100 incidental charges for a total of $300 not the original $100 like I was told.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were eager to assist when needed. The room and the hotel site were both very clean and orderly. They offered a breakfast buffet. The options were slim. I wish they had more fruit choices, waffles or pancakes. We enjoyed our stay and slept comfortably.

It’s only if you stay night it’s good but if you stay multiple nights not good because they don’t provide bath towels or clean rooms service everyday and weekdays they don’t provide any juice for kids in mornings breakfast you have to purchase juice for $4.00

The location was perfect. We sadly only got room service (clean towels, bed made) only once in a 5 day stay. The breakfast included was not the greatest.
