This practice can exploit users' desire for simplicity by making the process more cumbersome, effectively suppressing less enthusiastic or negative ratings. It can also inhibit spontaneous, honest reactions, as users may struggle to articulate their thoughts in words, thus skewing the review data and reducing the overall authenticity and diversity of the feedback collected.

Breakfast is not free as advertised! When i mentioned this a the front desk person, he told me that the Hampton Inn offers free breakfast.

The entire facility looks like it needs to be deep cleaned. We didn’t even want to touch our bare feet to the shower floor because of how unsanitary it was. The place looked a bit under the weather in so many words.
