No ice in any of the machines checked four floors for ice - dirty blanket in dresser. - called desk for more blankets never got any. Refrigerator in room took six hours to start working .

There was no parking . The ice machines on the top 6 floors didnt work. people were friendly

Bathroom and bedroom lighting terrible, hard to see! Staff said they never had a complaint, hard to believe. Window shade and sliding door not working, couch torn, toilet seat just broke. Staff just said ok we will let maintenance know, very odd. Good location for Mpls sports arenas. Breakfast was great. Would not recommend.

The downtown location was a block from the Visitors Center, as well as the LRV & bus lines to key attractions (Museums, University, Mall of America, airport). Tho it lacks nearby dining options, the Irish pub next door offers friendly service, reasonably priced hearty food/drink, lots of TV screens, and surprisingly not an over loud crowd.
Initially at the hotel we had fridge and wifi issues but personnel arrived w/i mins. to our room to easily address both.The free breakfast is a worthwhile feature. Loved our spacious King suite, the high ceilings and large rooms were great. The 8th floor was safe from street noise. Our only complaint is the plumbing walls are noisy (bcs it’s an old bldg.), otherwise it was a great location and the staff were very nice.

The only minor negative was housekeeping, the shower wasn’t very clean and neither was the bedding on one of the beds, just the spread.

Didn’t know about a deposit until the day before and didn’t know about the no access to parking not until I arrived this really was bad
