We stayed for a total of seven nights. Housekeeping did not visit us at all during the stay. We needed to ask the front desk people (all of which were very friendly and able to assist us) for additional towels and Kleenex. There were some stains on our bedspread and it was put on the bed the wrong way (the tag up by our faces). McKnight's is a great restaurant with wonderful staff. They provided great conversations and encouraged you to come back the next day to visit them again! Food was very good and had great flavor!

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and staff were wonderful. When I needed to stay an extra night, every effort was made so I could stay in the same room. I definitely would return.

My husband and I booked a suite for our vacation. The layout and style of the room was modern and sleek but it felt old and dingy. The bedsheets had some crumbs and stains and the walls need to be repainted. There was even an iron burn print on the wall like someone tried to iron the wall. For such an expensive room, you would think that it would be better kept. Details matter!
The breakfast cost money and we were under the impression that it was complimentary. It was $15 per person plus tip for a standard hotel buffet breakfast. Nothing special about it.
Overall, we wouldn’t stay there again.
