Our room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom had disability supplies even though we did not ask for them, it made the bathroom a lot smaller and harder to use
The staff was friendly

I also am sorry for any confusion on room type as it came through Expedia booked as an accessible room. I'm not sure if you had discussed with staff after check-in to see if there was another more suitable room available that evening (perhaps there was not, as we were close to sold out) but we will make every effort to move you to a room that is more suitable to your needs if possible. This property shows it's age. It is clean enough, and the staff are helpful, but it's aging and tired.

The room we stayed in was very outdated. The chair was torn, wall was damaged and caulking in the bathroom was needed. We have stayed here multiple times and this was the first room that we were unhappy with for the price.The staff was excellent.

The room doors closed hard so we heard all the inside and outside noises plus we didn’t have a shower curtain in our room. Otherwise, it wasn’t too bad for a single night
