Didn't like that you cannot close the room darkening curtains for more privacy and sleep past sunrise.

Parking is awful and a pain to get to. The parking garage is confusing. Looks like it's gonna fall down with all kinds of support jacks everywhere. The reception area is clean and modern and the person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The hallways are dirty. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good, good pressure.The pool is huge, looks nice but i didn't swim. The hot tub is pretty but only one jet sort of worked. The hotel bar is great and the bartender is awesome!

The hotel lost power for over 12 hours. Regardless of what the staff was saying it was absolutely a hotel issue, as we were the only building without power. The staff was not helpful. This happened from 8pm to roughly 9am the next morning. There was no heat, no extra blankets provided, no offer of compensation. Terrible service!!

Was there for a brief business trip. Large, well-maintained hotel. Staff were very pleasant, in particular Leo, who I believe may be the owner. A great stay, and when I'm back in Minneapolis on pleasure my wife and I will certainly stay longer. Thank you Leo!
