We were in three different rooms in 24 hrs. No Wi-Fi for entire 7 night stay. We were unable to move to another hotel. Pool was closed. First morning, breakfast staff did not show up and the breakfast room was not cleaned from the day before. Entire floor was sticky. Egg baked on steam table. Stains on furniture. Rooms not stocked with basics. Stains on towels. Front desk staff was very helpful but the bottom line is the new manager is 23 years old with no experience and no people skills.

This is an average property. The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The TVs are small. Room 230 the door took quite a bit of effort to close, the toilet ran after every flush and you needed to jiggle the handle to make it stop, the bathroom floor was a little tacky, and there were a few bits that didn’t get picked up by the vacuum. Unfortunately, I left before breakfast was available. It was a convenient location for my purposes.

The property was clean and quiet. I didnt hear anyone next to me or above me. Shower was warm. Parking was plentiful.
