We were assigned to a room next to a defective pool pump. Staff was aware. Very distracting- should have blocked room until repaired

It is confusing how to enter the property when coming off I-35. The bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear the people in the next room arguing and swearing. I could also hear a lot of thumping noises and doors closing. The breakfast in the morning was not ready until at least one hour past the time it was supposed to start. Many people had to leave before they got breakfast. My elderly parents sat for an hour waiting for scrambled eggs.

I didn’t like that they aren’t serving hot breakfast in the morning that’s one of the main reasons I chose this place otherwise I wouldn’t have spent that much money

We had been on the road all day this little gem was perfectly placed off the exit. You can tell they have a lot of repeat guest because everyone knew the staff very well. I recommend
