The best part of this hotel is that the staff are very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and that it provided breakfast. We did not enjoy the run down appearance of the hotel and the rooms, the noise of Saturday night guests until 3am, room service is only offered every 3 days, and breakfast options are very basic.
I had specifically reserved a non-poolside room, but that is what we got. The frame of this door came off the wall. The air conditioner was old and very loud coming on & off all night. We had to ask for another towel for the room to equal the number of us, and shampoo, we had to ask for pool towels at the front desk since the shelf by the pool was completely empty.
For the price we paid, this hotel is NOT worth the stay. It's unfortunate because the staff were very wonderful.

Air conditioner in our room did not work and with the pool it was really humid. 76-80 degrees and humid while trying to sleep. The guy serving breakfast is great he loves his job

Hotel is a little run down but the pool is nice but the room was run down. And the AC was loud.

Staff was extremely helpful and let me check in early due to the fact I was only staying the night and had to leave early the next day. Wonderful experience staying here!
