We didn’t have a curtain for our shower, so when you take a shower all the water was all over the bathroom, we ask and they never brought it to the room.

Boiler broke no hot water for 3 of 4 day stay. Each less and less options for breakfast ran out and no refills available computer broke not able to use good location staff pleasant beds comfortable and staff would replace any items when asked

No hot water? Boiler broke, No discount, no hot shower, no communication, locked us out of our room, staff barely spoke English. Stained carpets, will never ever stay here again.

We stayed in the suite with 3 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space for us all. They need to keep the breakfast area stocked. Other was good. No hot water our last night or morning.
