Beautiful location. Friendly welcoming staff. The front desk staff were very helpful but some of them seemed to lack the knowledge to answer some of our questions about the activities advertised. Perhaps they were training new staff for the upcoming busy season. We were very pleased with the 2 hotel activities that we participated in

The staff and services were horrible.
That wasn’t my first time went there, this time everything was completely different and messy.

This is my second stay at JW Marriot. What i found this time, pool is not clean and it seems facility is not ready for season. Unfortunately, I disappointed this time although i like resort
