Great location, direct access to Minatomirai Station. Walking distance to many major attractions & museums (Cup Noddles, Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum, Yokohama Cosmo World, Yokohama World Porters and many more). Nice harbour view, staffs are helpful, friendly and professional. Strongly recommend this hotel, for sure will return.

Spacious, clean rooms with an amazing bathroom. Separate tub and shower. Washlet toilet with an automatic flush in its own space. Bring your own water bottle and fill it up at the water dispenser located next to the ice machine. Located in Queens Square. Steps from the shopping center and the Minatomirai Station. Lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent. One phone call and they came to pick up our luggage. Made reservations for Airport Limousine Bus at bell desk and also paid there. The only thing I don’t like about this place is how expensive the breakfast is. So, I never had beef there. Just pick up sushi, sandwiches or rice balls at Family Mart. Nearby are McDonald’s, KFC, Subway and Starbucks. Much cheaper than America. Across the street is Mark is, where they have a food court and many restaurants on the 4th floor. Also within walking distance are World Porters, Marine Walk, and Red Brick Warehouse. Just love this place!

I was a bit worried about the water leaking out of the shower. Other than that it was great. I'd like to use it again.
