Minato hotel rooms a the Villa Fontaine

The service and staff were impeccable! Somehow dropped my cellphone in a cab without knowing, the staff went the extra mile to help me retrieve it. Quiet and safe place being around the embassies.

Clean and quiet. Near subway.

Staff are so polite and very friendly. Amenities are excellent

Breakfast was delicious but the same throughout our 4nights stay. The hotel was also a bit of a walk to the subway. Other than these everything was great! Bed was huge. Room spacious. They gave free toiletries. They also have free coffee and nuts. Staffs were very helpful too.

Comfortable stay; decent breakfast; clean rooms.. though check in took a while, even though it was late. Very near and convenient access to metro station, 4 stops away from Tokyo station

Very nice new and clean

Area is quiet. Clean and modern hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff efficient and attentive. Free coffee and drinks and pastries afternoon til 10:00 pm which is welcome after a long day out. Around 15 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station to the hotel. The train from Takanawa Gateway just across the hotel is 4 stops to Ginza. Not too many options for restaurants around the hotel. You will need to walk to the station for more food choices or take the train to other places in Tokyo for shopping and...
