Great place to stay. Staff was great. The only thing was I was charged at check out for room cleaning and incidentals. I don’t mind paying for room cleaning but the little things like shampoo, toothbrush and etc…. I thought was free. I feel bad because I didn’t know this was considered incidentals and denied using any incidentals and the charge was removed. (I thought it only pertained to the mini bar). The next hotel stay is where I understood what incidentals involved. I’m so sorry for not understanding.
I would stay there again. Supermarket in the basement was great and what we missed at the next hotel stay.

By far the most amazing experience at a hotel my wife and I have had. The staff was the most hospitable I’ve ever encountered and will most definitely be returning in the near future. Would give as many stars as I’d be able to. Hands down an amazing experience

Whole staff members were extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Tokyo!

This hotel’s service was impeccable. Views were 10/10. The free room upgrade and the lounge access was a great perk. Thank you so much

The staff while seemingly polite and nice, lacks knowledge and training. No flexibility... Robots preprogrammed behavior
