Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is great, service is amazing but you have to pay to use the pool!

Staff mostly does not speak English. You have to pay for parking even if you stay at the hotel. They didn’t update on Expedia that the outdoor pool would be closed even when the outdoor temperature was still averaging 38 Celsius everyday. The restaurants did quality was mediocre what the price of what you’re paying.

It was a beautiful property. Unfortunately, it wasn't practical for us. I could not swim unless I paid a fee and bought a bathrobe. There was no hot chocolate. I had to go to Starbucks each day and purchase it. The buffet was OK. But the Okinawa property was far less expensive and provided all of the things that this property didn't. I won't return.

Staff were accomodating and approachable. Very clean amenities. Convenient and accessible.
