"Spotless. Decent size for Japan. But you need to move around furniture if you have large suitcases. Book the room with 2 beds if you want more space!"

"We were in Japan for 2 weeks and divided our stay in Osaka, Kyoto, & Tokyo. This hotel was my favorite because we had enough space, a tv connectable to Netflix, a drink station (including coffee & tea & SAKE!) they have 3 locations (all within walking distance from each other). It was in a quiet area but the attractions were walkable. The hotel is in close distance to bus and train as well. They offer luggage transfer but cash only! Aside from the space, the reason why this was my favorite hotel was because rhe room has a washer/dryer which is convenient for long stays. We also stayed during the winter time so we dried our coats prior to walking out. "

"Great location near Main Street but set back enough to be quiet. Room was very quiet. Super comfortable beds. Nice deep bathtub. Breakfast was fantastic- so much variety. To name just a few: miso soup, salmon, yogurt, eggs, pastries, fried rice, plain rice, make your own noodle soup, cereal, pickled cabbage, natto, bread. Only complaint was coffee wasn’t the best, and would have liked brewed tea instead of tea bags."

"Hotel staffs provided exceptional customer services throughout the entire week of stay. Shuttle service between the hotel and the train station is a big plus. Would definitely stay again when visiting Kyoto in the future. "
