Older hotel so a little dated, but it’s a 2 minute walk to Dotonbori. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean.

I like the convenience of the area very walkable for tourist attractions nearby. The hotel itself was very dirty the floor, the walls, the restrooms, carpet, from the front entrance to the room. Seems like they don’t clean up the hotel at all

The place is super convenient due to its location. Although the staff was helpful in moments during our trip like sending our luggage forward but the quality of cleanliness is just not there. My hallway smelled fishy to the point where I would have to hold my breath. Not sure if this is a problem on other floors but it certainly was on mine. The room is spacious but it wasn't clean. You could tell they don't take the time to properly clean the rooms it's just surface level cleaning and that was very very evident in the bathroom where I first noticed hair that was not mine on the wall, stains, and other small things that gave me an ick. I notified the staff and It seems like we had come to a solution but in the end there was no actual change.

Their free WiFi was never reliable. Certain area of the hotel smelled like fish . The washer and dryer did not work properly

Unfortunately our stay at this hotel wasn't the greatest, first off the hotel itself is obviously older which is totally fine but it felt unkempt, the lobby felt dirty, our room was the size we were expecting but it smelt like cigarettes or marijuana depending on the night this may be due to poor ventilation between rooms. The ventilation fan in our bathroom was broken so we had to keep the bathroom door open to air it out and cool it down, the AC never really got cold enough and you have no direct control over the temperature, just on or off. This experience was a shame as our stay in a sotetsu fresa inn was way better yet is supposed to be the cheaper tier hotel.
