"Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back."

"I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe - there are government buildings nearby so there are armed guards on the street at all hours (but not in a scary way). I would 100% feel safe staying here as a solo traveler. The room had just enough space and a lovely rain shower. Free breakfast help us save a good bit of money each day.     "The Hotel became part of the Marriott chain during the summer 2025. I stayed there in May 2025 & noticed improvement with customer service! There is still construction going on near/around hotel but it did not affect my stay. Room was large, extremely clean, & bottle of water placed everyday! Highly recommend this hotel away from all the crowds of gran via but still very close to walk to!"
