We were told no more automatic maid service. They came to make the bed, because we asked.
Secondly, there is a small bar one story below. There is music on many nights. We had to suffer through repeated music, clapping and hollering.
I think for the dollar amount charged on our very tiny room, they should have told us. It was quite annoying.
It reminded me of my younger years living in an apartment, and the neighbor, below, turned on the stereo, full blast.
We're too old to tolerate this at this stage of life.
Lastly, they didn't tell us until we arrived that we needed to park two blocks away. I wish they had told us prior to making the reservation.
It's a lovely facility, but I don't think we'll be coming back for these reasons. We don't live far from here.

Hi Anna,I was sorry to see this review since we had opportunities to speak in person and you did not mention your concerns. We do send a confirmation letter before you check in and let our guests know about our music program which runs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. It begins at 7PM and promptly ends by 10PM so our guests can get a good night's sleep. Many of our guests enjoy the music and appreciate it ending at a reasonable hour. We are sorry it was an inconvenience to you. Again, this information is in your confirmation letter. We try to make sure our guests enjoy their stay and hope you may consider giving us another chance.

Everything was wonderful. Cute place that really treats you like family! Our only small complaint would be the shower. It didn’t seem to get very warm but it wasn’t that big of a deal
