The workout area and pool was not clean and was not maintained. Floor in front of elevator on our floor was sticky and not clean.

Room was nice overall. But the room numbers are super confusing if you are in different areas/rooms with other members

The location of the property is great but my room was filthy. It was hair all over the bedding and bathroom. Spiders and ants. I had to request for cleaning and I stayed for a week. My sheets were never changed. I had to request towels. The toilet was not cleaned. I cleaned the room myself during my stay.
